I just had word with real me associate he said Amazon sale a phone which is refurbished and used phones. I call both Amazon and realme they are not giving me resolution. Don’t buy from Amazon and also don’t buy realme phones. If you already bought it then check activate date ani purchase date. They are doing scam with customer on the name of sales.
